Sales are up 17 percent. Pending sales are pointing upward as well at 20 percent now. According to last week’s figures, new listings are up 65 percent and new under contracts are up 30 percent, too. Also, properties sold last week are up 61 percent.
There is a lot to be happy about concerning Summit County’s current market. But I think condo sales are the biggest stars of July. Sales of these properties are up 42 percent from this time last year. That’s great news, especially if you’re looking to sell your condo in the near future.
Summit County real estate is moving at a tremendously upbeat pace. I’m excited to see the continued growth in the months ahead.
