Situated between the Breckenridge Police Department and Upper Blue Elementary School, Valley Brook offers all of the amenities of town with the added benefit of scenic mountain landscapes. So you get the best of both worlds!

Valley Brook’s Purpose

As far back as 2007, Breckenridge wanted to create a neighborhood in the town that could supply cost-effective housing to area employees of Summit County.

So for the next 4 years, the Town Council worked to build the Valley Brook neighborhood.

A lot of time and thought went into constructing this special place, which includes 37 single family attached units and 4 duplex units.

That’s because Breckenridge’s vision was to develop a great region for local workers and their families to live.

Although it’s still a new neighborhood, all signs point to Valley Brook being a very active, fun area on the north end of town. Residents have come together to plan events so that people can get to know each other in the community.

However, there are certain income and residency restrictions on buying one of these town houses. But if you’re interested in Valley Brook, I can work with you to see if you meet the qualifications.

Each townhome has a 2-car garage, front porch, back patio and energy-saving appliances.

Plus, families can enjoy a lovely common area that has a playground and access to a paved recreation path.
