So far, 2012 is looking a lot like 2011 in terms of the Summit County real estate market, with prices remaining about where they were at the end of last year. There are currently 1,172 residential properties for sale in Summit County–about 139 fewer than last year. The availability of properties, combined with low mortgage rates, make this a great time to look for a home in Breckenridge, Frisco, Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne and Heeney.
